How to Order
We are thrilled to offer you fresh, year-round aquaponic greens and herbs grown so close to you in Downtown Bellingham.

We plan each daily harvest the night before. Please submit your order by 9:00 PM to get on the next morning's harvest list. We harvest and are open for pick up Monday through Friday.

We harvest and pack your greens early on the day that you pick them up. This ensures it is the freshest produce in your fridge and nutrients and flavor are at their peak.

Your order will be ready for pickup at our 1818 Franklin St. location any time after 11:00 AM.
What We Grow
Making a batch of pesto to freeze or dehydrating some turmeric to use through the winter? Experience the irresistible taste and freshness of produce harvested the day you eat it. Out produce is grown in our state-of-the-art indoor controlled environment agriculture facility in downtown Bellingham. Low food miles and fresh harvest mean more flavor and more nutrition in every bite. Enquire for wholesale or large batch prices.

To unlock the ultimate in freshness, try any of our basil varieties or our cilantro live- with the roots still on. Take these herbs home and pop them in a jar on your counter and you can harvest the freshest herbs all week long. All of our basil varieties and cilantro are available live or cut.

Our salad greens are harvested the day you order them, giving them peak tenderness and a sweet, crisp crunch that is packed with flavor. From velvety single-cut Butterhead and oakleaf to robust crunchy Greenleaf, and our new varieties of custom salad mixes, our greens are clean, long-lasting, and vibrant. More salad please mom.
